One of the finest restaurants in the Southeast, and without a doubt the premiere dining locale in Alabama. Chef Stitt has a brilliant ability to combine traditional Southern elements with classic ingredients and preparation methods to produce some of the most incredible cuisine imaginable. And be sure to try Chef Stitt's latest restaurant located next door...Chez Fonfon...a wonderful French Bistro that's incredibly authentic without the snobbish attitude of similar restaurants in New York or L.A. I've eaten at both many times, and have never been disappointed.
